What is the best pay per click website on the ‘net?

If you want to put something on your site that you get paid every time someone clicks rather than only getting paid if they sign up for something or buy something, by far the biggest and most reliable is Google Adsense. Although many people say it is no longer very profitable there are still possibilities to make good money if you target the right "clicks". You get paid a percentage of the what the Google PPC advertiser pays to Google, therefore the higher cost keywords pay best.
Depending on how much you earn each month Google will send a cheque or do a wire transfer direct to your bank account. You need a lot of traffic to make any serious money.
You could also look into CPA (Cost-Per-Action) Offers as you can get paid a very good commission for just getting people to submit their email address.

I think you mean what is the best affiliate program. Per per click, is when you pay a search engine or website for traffic. Affiliate programs pay you for sending them customers, or leads. I recommend joining several affiliate networks. Each affiliate network has hundreds of offers you can promote. Some of them have very high payouts. Check out my source for a list of affiliate networks. I recommend signing up for all of them. If you dont have a website, just tell them you will use PPC traffic and link directly to the offers.
