How do you find out about a Google Adword user’s pay per click amount on his/her website?

I need to know this, so I can filter out what websites I don’t want, because they have to low of pay per click amounts, in google adsense.

simple use tools from google,
google.com/sktool
and insert url address you wanted to.

and it will give you information about keyword:
based on highest bid, volume search, etc
