How is the pricing model of a click determined?

Thank you.

It’s safe to say that the more popular search terms cost more per click.

I usually charge $100 a month -flat rate- on my website for advertising. I currently have a client that wants pay per click. I have no problem tracking the clicks- but I am not sure what a fair rate is- or if there is a customary range depending on your site’s street cred.

To define how much should you charge for every click you have to answer two questions first:

1. How much should you charge for 1 CPM (Cost per Thousand impressions)

2. What is the average click-through ratio of your website (number of clicks / number of impressions)

Usually the cost per CPM varies between $ 0.5 and $ 10. That has to do with how much targeted is the audience which is exposed to the advertising message. If your site has a specific visitors profile then you can select a price that is closer to $ 10 per CPM.

The average click-through ratio is about 5%, of course this varies a lot and depends on many factors like the effectiveness of the advertising message, the banner attractiveness etc. Supposing that the average click-through ratio of your website is 5% then the charge per click should be between $ 0.01 to $ 0.2. Again if the visitors of your site constitute a specific target group then the $ 0.2 per click is just fine.

Is pay per click advertised on the internet reliable and pays? I am interested to join but is it necessary to have downlines.. If none am I still going to receive money?

So far, I’ve earned from from only four paid-to-click sites: NeoBux, GagaBux, OnBux and Cashium.net. But I’ve joined so many (i.e., more than 20 sites several months ago). Now, I’m down to half.

Anyway, a lot of PTC sites go bust a few months after launch so it is better to join early than late. For instance, if you have joined GagaBux when it launched, you’d probably received your first payment already. But if you joined only recently, it would be a miracle if you’d get paid. So, it is no longer on my list of good PTC sites to join.

Earning faster with PTC is all about having referrals. Direct referrals are, of course, better than rented referrals. But you can still get paid without referrals and even as a standard member.

If you haven’t earned any money online just yet, get the mystery out of the way by joining NeoBux, OnBux and Cashium. These are PTC sites that pay instantly (i.e., no waiting).

And you may want to join the paid to post site, myLot.com, because you can earn from starting discussions and responding to discussions. It’s a lot like Yahoo Answers. So far, I’ve been paid twice already without delay. And as of today, myLot accounts for half of my total earnings online.

I am creating a website to add pay per click affiliate link to join and advertise and would like your input. If you have been paid and getting paid with the best ppc online please response. There are so many out there pay per click online that come and go but with everyone efforts I could post in my website the one that is worth investing our time and money. Thank you so much for everyone who can help me.

Hello, so I’m doing some research into advertising and I’m basically wondering - How much do companies pay the website owner per click on one of their advertisements? What is the minimum and the maximum? I have a potential business idea involving advertising and I’m just wondering how much they pay per click so I can see if it’s viable.

I’ve called a few companies but they seem to be reluctant to release this sort of information

It’s a difficult question to answer as generally companies ‘bid’ for an advertising spot and the highest bidder gets the spot. Therefore, the amount the company pays when someone clicks depends on the bid and can range from 10p up to £2.00.

You need to research the keywords you’ll be targetting, to get a better idea of competition and the level of bids for that content.

Is there any other good advertising websites like google adsense, which pays per click, i need other tha google adsense because they are approving my blog.

Many pay money for ppc?

PPC advertising is the main source of Google’s Billions, some spend less than $10 a day on adwords ads, others spend more than $10,000 a day, it just takes a credit card and a $5 startup fee to start advertising, most web hosting accounts include a $25 coupon for a first tine Adwords account.
PC is a convenient way to pay for advertising, since you ony pay for actual visitors, typically the ad may be displayed 100 times for each time it’s clicked, most ppc ads probably fit the $0.25 to $2.00 range, though there are some juicy legal/medical terms that cost a fortune. One bids on specific search phrases, prices are established by competitive bids.
It’s gotten a lot more complicated and expensive in the last few years. Facebook recently start their own PPC ad program, worth mentioning because their member profiles allow very specific demographics, you could display ads only to Women within 10 miles of your town, who are engaged and celebrating their birthday today.

Normal organic search result are the free, hard earned way to get visitors, the occurrences of a searched phrase and related text on your site establishes it’s relevance to a search, the number of other sites linked to yours primarily establishes the popularity and authority of your site and consequently, the search ranking for your site. Highly ranked search result pages often have thousands of other site linking to the site.

i am interested to make money online and make a few researches about pay per click sites. is there any out there that really can make money and not scam their users?

One of my friends got an on line shop from home but he got sick of being alone at home. Soon he got room in his friends office for doing his own shop and began commuting.

I wanted to build a website where I have a pay-per-click feature, like adsense, on it. But, am I allowed to have more than one pay-per-click feature on a website at one time?

I have not seen specific non-compete terms, typically one would mix different ad types for optimal returns, perhaps adsense, banner ads, affiliate links embedded in promotional articles. If you have huge traffic adding kontera would add a few bucks.

Traffic volume is an issue for small sites running adwords, which might need perhaps 50,000 to 100,000 visitors to earn the $100 min payout, that issue is the main reason some small timers use alternatives to adsense, like Bidvertiser with lower payouts.
