PPC Beat is the place for information on Pay Per Click Advertising

My clicks from my PPC campaign aren't being noted in google analytics

This is the way I like to do it. It includes installing both tracking codes…Analytics & AdWords Conversion tracking.

Hope that helps :-)

I've had that problem as well

First check if your auto-tagging settings is on

    To enable/disable auto-tagging:

Sign in to your AdWords account.
Click the My Account tab and select Account Preferences.
In the Analytics section, click Edit.
Modify the Destination URL Auto-tagging checkbox.
    Click Save changes.

If it still does not work, you can do a manual tagging instead using the URL tool builder

Note though that when you change an ongoing Adwords campaign, the status of the ad will go to Pending Review again and the tracking starts at 0. The untagged URL will be in moved to your past campaigns section
